(1) knowingly assists a prisoner of war to escape or

knowingly marbours or conceals any escaped prisoner 01 war or gives any escaped prisoner of war ally assistance with intent thereby to prevent, hinaer or interfere with nis apprehension;

or

or

(g) destroys, damages, removes or tampers with any

war material belonging to the Forces with intent thereby to interfere with military operations or to prejudice the safety of the Forces;

(n) wilfully destroys, damages, interferes with, or

intercepts communication by mail, courier, telegraph, telephone, cable, radio or otherwise;

or

(i) wilfully destroys, damages or interferes with

transportation by rail, road, sea, air or otherwise; a

(j) wilfully commits any damage to any property

whatsoever, either of a public or private nature;

or

(k) incites any innabitants to insurrection against

military authority, or organizes or promotes any public demonstration or assembly for suen purpose; or (1) without que authority signals by any device or in

any manner whatsoever, or witnout similar authority permits his land or buliuings to we used Ior signalling; or

(m) in any area which has been subjected to attack by tne enemy or the Forces, or which has been wholly or in part vacated by reason of apprehension of such an attack, commits theft of any article from premises which have been damaged by war operations or vacated by reason of attack or apprehended attack by the enemy or the Forces or in consequence of any authorised direction given for the purpose of meeting or nindering any actual or apprenenaed attack by the enemy or of protecting persons and property from the dangers involved in any sucn attack;

or

(n) in any area which has been subjected to atɩack by the enemy or the Forces, or which has been wholly or in part vacated by reason of apprehension of such an attack, commits theft of any article which has been left exposed or unprotected as a consequence of war operations; or

(0) in any area which has been subjected to ́allack by the enemy or the Forces, or which has been wnolly or in part vacated by reason of apprehension of sucn an attack, enters any premises, damages any property, assaults any person, or is jound witn any offensive weapon or nouse breaking instrument with intent to commit any oilence; or
